Diclofenac comes as tablets, capsules, suppositories, gel, plasters and patches.
Your dose will depend on how you take or use it.
If you take tablets or capsules, the usual dose is 75mg to a maximum of 150mg a day.

How to take or use diclofenac
Taking tablets and capsules
Swallow diclofenac tablets or capsules with a drink of milk.
If you need to take them with water, take them after a meal or snack. Taking them with milk or food means they'll be less likely to upset or irritate your stomach.
You'll usually take diclofenac tablets or capsules 2 to 3 times a day.
